November 25, 2007

This is a very unique building. It’s a one of a kind design and is very Modern on the inside and out. Located in the 64 acre Arts district development on the eastern edge, this building houses 68 highrise residences, retail space , restaurants and 500,000 square feet of office space.

One Arts Plaza

This $125 Million multi rise is not complete yet but residences and commercial tenants have already started moving in. Most of the residences will be done by the end of the year or right around the beginning. 70% of the residences have been sold. This place has an upbeat vibe to it and it offers many unique places to visit such as the Dallas Museum of Art, Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Dallas Theater Center/Arts District Theater. Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center, Nasher Sculpture Center. Upcoming destinations are Margot and Bill Winspear Opera House and Dee and Charles Wyly Theater.

One Arts Plaza

All the residences are on the 18th floor and up and offer breathtaking views of Downtown, Uptown, East & South Dallas. The rooftop pool is on the 20th floor and offers unbelievable, unobstructed views of downtown. This building starts at $500 per square foot. You may ask yourself if its worth it. In my opinion if you can afford it, it is… Each unit has floor to ceiling windows with terraces that are 10 feet deep. The units range from 1900 SF to over 5000 SF for the penthouses. This building truly is a piece of modern art.
